Scion xD 2008 Idler

I have a Scion xD that shredded the belt. After replacing it keeps jumping off. I noticed that the idler pulley has a wobble to it. Been trying to find a replacement part but I haven't had any luck. Any suggestions?

Edit: Figured out that the pulley I was looking at was attached to the water pump.

Or just go to any Toyota dealer; it's the exact same engine in the Corolla.
