:question:realignment plate, what is this used for? I mean would you need it? if not then the much better buy would be NST

i got the trd quick shifter. it makes it feel so much more responsive and sporty, helps the acceleration too.

All those bushings are used at the same time?? The cage bushings are the same, no?? What about the cable bushings? What's what?

indeed, there is truth in his reply. personally i have ordered both the cage and cable bushings from NST (and even their SSK!). cage busings replace the factory rubber bushings holding the shift "cage" to the car. the cable bushings go into the engine bay replacing the factory rubber there. hope that clears up some muck. (if not, well im buzzed and i hope i helped someone, it took me like 10 min to get this all spelled right :rolling:)

what is the difference between the in cabin and engine bay NST kits? is the install on one much harder than the other?
the engine bay one takes less time. they both shorten shifts the same amount (30% i think). i went with the in-cabin just cause i hadn't seen many who had, and cause it was a tad cheaper. took longer but am still happy with it all the same. you can install both and get even shorter throws too.
Ok thanks. The engine one is out of stock on NST website, is there anywhere else it is available? no luck on ebay either.
Plzz link where can i buy the TRD short shifter?
And is there any problem if i buy the short shofter from TRD amd the bushings from nst?
