So I recently just bought a 2012 xD and just had my Pioneer AVH-P4400BH installed.

I was wondering if anyone has hooked up their factory USB/AUX port to their aftermarket head unit, or if it was even possible?

Oh. Most definitely. It would be really good to be able I use the accessories that came with the car after installing the new headunit.

If anything, I'll probably put back the stok headunit. Seems like the only difference is the touch screen feature.

I am having new speakers and an amp installed on my new xB next week. My installer is going to check to see if he can install a touch screen head unit and retain the USB and aux ports in the center console cabinet. He thinks all it needs is a USB extender. I will let you know what he says.
