Default Question about stereo install

Just successfully installed a budget double din in dash car dvd, but my radio didn't actually come with mounting screws. Does anyone know the size and diameter of the screws I need to secure my stereo? And are there any tamper proof/resistant screws I can upgrade to?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you talking about the screws that screw into the unit itself that hold the pieces that attach to the car? if so you can just use the ones the stock unit had.

Yeah I'm talking about those. My Scion's original radio didn't have screws and was held on basically by the waterfall centerpiece. Lol

the mounting brackets were screwing onto the actual unit but the screws needed to secure the radio/bracket onto the dash are missing. It holds up fine against the waterfall deal that you take it apart. thanks for trying to help though sir.
