I wish I had the money to be able to afford it.

it looks nice, but with that kinda money, i can do other mods that are more"cost effective" like chang's DIY cat back exaust. just doesnt seem worth the money. if the price where more reasonable....

for me i'd spend money on good kits with minimal prep work to mount. LOL. i've seen so many folks spend on cheap kits cause they saved money but in the end all the prep work (cutting, shaving, etc...) to make it work the labor came out just as much and now run a cheap kit with someone with a nice quality kit for the same price. but hey everyone got their own tastes, likes dislikes.

Has anyone fitted the 5Axis kit themselves?
Is it something an amateur can do or is it one for the professionals?
I know the spraying part would be, but the fitting part itself?

The kit really isnt that expensive if you think about it, it is running about $1500 or so give or take a hundred but 5axis is know for having some of the best ish out there!! It fits perfect no shaving or prying or cutting, just direct bolt on and it is urithane, I am not sure if I spelt that correct or not...lol? But if you want to have a clean look, not to extreme, but have a really nice put together xD I would suggest getting the 5axis lip kit... If you are interested I can send you to a friend of mine that has them in stock and has them at a good price!

I notice that all the XDs I have seen with the 5 Axis kit have those metal inserts in the fake intakes.
Do they come with the kit or are they an available extra?

You know what I saw them individually sold on a web site, but I am not sure if you can get them already with the kit, I guess we need somebody to get one and let us know... lol! Whoever wants on let me know and I can get one for you at a decent price!

Do you mean those triangle things? I believe those are the fogs from 5Axis for the car. Thats what I've gleaned from the TRD Sparks thread around here saying they have fogs for sale.

I don't think these are fogs. The fogs look totally different.
These look like metal trim pieces. Really nice too.
