Load Capacity Sticker

Load Capacity Sticker
So I was getting into my car yesterday and noticed a sticker that seemed to be peeling up from inside the door. The sticker is right where the factory stickers are at telling you tire size and such. Anyway the sticker is bright yellow and says-Due to the modifications done to this vehicle the load capacity has been reduced by 80 lbs.
I bought this car from a toyota dealer, and it does not appear to have any noticeable non factory things done to it?? (other than the rims I put on it)
I can call the dealer and ask about it, but thought I'd check here first.
Any ideas?

Most of the accessories put on the car are port installed, not done at the factory. So the sticker is placed on the car as a catch all for the added weight of the accessories.. government crap.

When I took my 2010 xB into the local toyota dealer for my yearly inspection I noticed the sticker after inspection was done.
Heres the kicker...... The sticker said the load rating was reduced by 1 (one) pound.
____ that ____. I ripped that ____ right off.
