And it still flows air? I would rock one. My only concern is winter time and the need for the heater possibly overheating/melting the gauge

Yes, it still flows air. Actually, lots of it.
Your heater doesn't blow hot enough to melt anything in the gauge.
I've had a similar setup in my own vehicle for 6 years now, with no issues....no fogging, howling, or anything. ;)

Thanks for the reply!

I'm sorry, but what does that thing do? I'm a noob to modding

it looks pretty cool though.

I holds a gauge....any gauge you like, as long as it's 52 mm (2 1/16") in diameter, which is an industry standard.

cdyerkes 05-27-2008 07:29 PM

Oh, I see. Thank you.

not too bad! i wish i needed a boost gauge though, lol. but i like the idea to put any gauge there. thats 52mm.

Runawayrogue 05-28-2008 03:07 AM

That's pretty damn cool! It would make a cool-looking spot for a multigauge...

azepolyn 05-31-2008 03:02 AM

i honestly had never thought of that as a location for a gauge. thats' pretty cool
