The 'Release Series 4' MAY happen as 'Final Release' which would easily get around the 'one per
year' pseudo-limitation.
I believe there will be one final 'special' from Scion for the xB before they try to bury it, but, of
course, we don't know what, if anything that will be. HOWEVER, the Final Series for the bB as it
was being discontinued was the Maziora red/gold bB you keep seeing pics of...

I sure hope they (Scion Corp.) starts telling us something. The 07's arent here and they haven't done anything yet except the tC. This is VERY fustrating to say the least.
Actually, the rumor starting to float around is the 2008 Scion xA (which will likely arrive spring 2007) will be based on this car:
Toyota Ractis "tall wagon":

The US model will sport US-legal bumpers and possibly the new 1.8-liter VVT-i engine planned for the Toyota Yaris TS sports hatchback that will arrive in Europe soon.

The current Oct. Car and driver 07 New Car Issue, states that the 07 Scion xA, xB, and tC will be carryovers from 06 with almost no changes. Of course the only 07 Scion so far is the tC, in its third model year; of 3 year model cycles so we have been led to believe. I stopped by my Scion dealer today, and talked to my salesman, trying to pump him for any real info, (not rumurs), he might have. He told me they had just had a Scion meeting at the dealership, and had been told there would be NO 07 xA's; nor any 06 or 07 xA RS 3.0's. He said the next gen. xA should arrive in late Feb. as an 08 model, but did'nt know yet if it would still be called xA, or have a totally new name. He said he hoped there were enough 06 xA's in the pipeline to last awhile longer as demand was still strong and said if anyone wanted a first gen. xA, they should act soon as supply will dwindle quickly.

...You can give Car and Driver an "F" for sucking so bad. They never know whats really happening and have no idea how to cover a car company that is so progressive and non-traditional compared to the rest of the automotive world. They are completely lost when it comes to Scion.
