Default Scion xD Tein S-Tech Lowering Springs..

Hey, quick question, if I get the Tein S-Tech Lowering Springs,
do I need to get special shock for the springs?

Or those springs fit the OEM shock without any problem?

If you want the proper answer then yes, it is highly advisable. Can you use the OEM shocks, yes. I run the Tanabe DF210s on OEM shocks, I've yet to have any issues. In fact almost everybody I know that uses lowering springs don't upgrade the shocks.
But at the same time if your going to get the lowering springs plus upgrade the shocks you might as well just get some coilovers. A little bit more than just the shocks and springs, but you do have the convenience of adjustability.
