steering wheel noise when turning
Sounds like you need a new CV axle. Spatial audio can only say so much but it sounds like the left side. Axles are always easier to replace with an extra hand and an axle popper, but neither are required. Take a look at this video, it should be a very similar process.
To further determine if it is an axle or not, if the vehicle vibrates a bit more at higher speeds while going straight it is probably not the CV axle, because what went wrong on your (Urban Cruiser?) sounds like the CV joint itself, not the actual axle snapping. If you don't think it is the CV axle my next guess would be the tie rod end or ball joint, but I highly suspect the axle.
