Might be worth trying to part out. You said KBB is $8400, you can always sell the car for around that after removing all the parts you listed. GLWS either way.

I had the same issue with my car. Its a fairly easy fix; if you pop your hood, look at the top of the coilover, there should be a rubber piece in the middle, take that off and youll see a hex bolt....
