It turned out my 05 does not have a transponder key.
One Toyota dealer told me I have a transponder key (even pointed to something on my key to "prove" it) and told me I would have to pay for a key...

I may be showing my age here but back when V belts were common there was a "belt dressing" in a spray can for noisy belts.
Of course check that your belts aren't just loose first.

Now if I don't get an AGM I am lucky to get 4.
The AGM in my van is on 7 years and still going strong....

When I test run an engine with nothing on the throttle body I hear the same sound.
