While I wouldn't expect to clearly hear 20khz type of notes on them, I would expect them to be at the 1khz level and higher- they sounded VERY muddy when I faded back, making me think they're nowhere...

That's a pretty good deal. I beleive I priced mine out at $500 and $250, and left it at $500. I don't remember the exact number, but I *thought* it was a lot more than $40. I think I'll re-check next...

In my case, I don't want a separate dongle to carry around on keychain, since the xB2 has it built into the key, I intend to keep it that way. May be helpful for someone else, however.

I haven't checked into this either, but I think someone could take advantage of that spot under the rear seats for that too - just have to see if any aftermarket companies jump on the xB2 bandwagon...
