Any difference between 2007-2006 Scion tC engines?

I'm looking for a CA legal cold air intake for my 2007 Scion tC. I am having a hard time finding one. I was wondering if I could use an intake for a 2006 Scion tC.
Did they make any changes to engine so this would not be possible?

trdsparks.com but its not carb legal. I think the aem is carb exempt, but I don't know if they make an 07 or not. I'm not in cali, so i'm not too familiar with all of that fun stuff. On the east coast, its not an issue...
07 should be about 10 crank Hp more.
They upped the compression, changed the header, tweaked on the ECU, and some other small stuff. The new SAE rating took away roughly .8 Hp from the entire Toyota line (Tacoma went from 245 - 235, same exact motor)
so with the new rating system and it being 161 now.....its roughly ten Hp give or take.

here's A LOT of great info on the differences between the 07 engine and the previous model.

This is even better yet and should be stickied if not all ready. Shows alot of things people might not have known. 07 intake cam, throttle body, intake manifold could all yeild minor power gains on an 05-06 while 07 pistons may be slightly weaker. Also the alterantor pulley has a clutch now so you might want to consider this if swapping pulleys.

That's why you can't find anything that's legal in California. I suggest you MOVE.

and to create a baseline HP number, and then immediately (cause of having the SAME atmosphere and such) mod the car to see what it gains.
Its a tuning tool.
