The Pepto Pink tC is no longer. (MORE PICS ADDED)
Well, now that the cat's outta the bag, might as well make a post right?
The pepto pink tC & me have had a 19 month love/hate relationship together, & I accomplished plenty with it, from getting 2 magazine features, attending SEMA twice, to being Hot Import Nights feature car, winning plenty of trophies, being dubbed one of LA's Top 20 Hottest Rides by Import Tuner in August.
If you know me personally, you know I was changing it annually. It's now been repainted 3 times, & this time, for good, with REAL quality work.
I had the opportunity of teaming up with the AMAZING members & owner of World-Racing & Descendant, & with the help of Christian Rado, Rob Cardona, Ty Cooley, Robert Mclellan, & Esteban of Auto Explosion, it's evolved into one of the best tC's, or so I've been told.
This is a new beginning for me, & what better way to do it then to take the West Coast tC to the East Coast. Christian Rado was more than willing to take my car to Exposed to reveal it with his newly built Time Attack tC & the Descendant xB. Robert Mclellan (the rig driver) left with my car on Wednesday night & he made the ~3000 mile trek to Exposed in Sarasota, FL. Me & my boyfriend flew out on Friday & attended the event on Saturday where I had a BLAST debuting my car with Chris' cars & meeting so many Scion Lifers. I was stoked to fly back home with a best in show trophy.
So, without further ado, the new tC!
Wednesday night/morning - 3am, loadin' her up!
Burt strappin' her down!
Bomb lighting or what!? (the xB's down low)
You know if I teamed up with Descendant/Chris Rado I'd have this bad boy in the car. :D
I vowed to never get canards, but I lied to myself. It just looks a lot meaner with the one-off'd splitter.
3.5 years later & I finally have HIDs, lol. shut up, I know it's not a retrofit!
My tC has nice eyes. (check the xB lurkin' in the back, haha)
Still sittin' in the body shop.
Satin white pearl, ftw!
The hood's popped.
Sexy fenders.
My car now has a nice ****.
Rob Cardona was driving the car back from the body shop....i told him he could drop it & his response was "o_O eff if I put the first scratch on it", so he opted for the 4x4 route.
Pics taken from others at Exposed:
Mr. Kennedy - prob lookin at my wheels, lol
4 12's, it's make your heart go bangbangbang.
I'll dig up more pics later, right now the rig's on it ways back.
Once again, thank you to all my sponsors who made this happen. Without Chris, Rob, Burt, Ty & Esteban, my car would still be that god-awful Pepto pink & poopercharged. I love you boys, seriously!
IT WAS AWESOME MEETING EVERYONE!
IF YOU HAVE PICS OF US TOGETHER, I EXPECT TO SEE THEM, cuz I know I took a ton of pics with people.
p.s. you Floridians are friggin NUTS with your humidity, I was suicidal. lol
Edit: More pics from Tunerzine.
MMMM, STRETCHHHHHH.
Bad acid trip? lol

WOOHOOO!!!
Definitely loved the tC! I spent like 30 minutes just looking at it, spotting little details here and there! lol
My fav parts were definitely the turbo (of course) and the paint (obviously) and my favorite little detail was the "black trim" or "eyeliner" as i call it! lol
And of course definitely great to meet you tina very fun to talk to you! and your not that short in person! lol but your seats were SUPER tiny! lol

Cat, I'll be at Toyotafest, but count me out of the majority of dealership shows. You live like 10 mins away, you know you're more than welcome to stop by whenever you want.
I should have the car back at my house in early June. Once the car arrives back at World, it goes in for fine tuning, then I do Toyotafest then it goes back to body shop for minor touch-ups.

It looks really good. My personal opinion (that's all it is), I don't like the satin white...too many satin painted cars out there, it's the new fad. With all the money put into that thing I was hoping you'd get a real retrofit. The Anzo headlights cheapen the appearance.
Like I said it's just my own opinion....still a jaw dropper.
