the lip is painted black. it's damaged with scrapes at the bottom from being too low. also most of the tabs are broken except for 2. it's not like you even need the damn things, all you really need is double sided tape along the top. i also cut part of the lip out to fit the VRD fogs. great for someone looking to mold the lip or just use it as a practice lip lol $40 obo picked up.

just uploaded some pictures. all the scratches are just superficial ones at the bottom that you won't see at all. the paint on the parts where you do see is fine. in the pictures, the lips was fairly dirty. i think it's painted the OEM tC black color, forgot what it's called.
