Angry OCV Troubleshooting

Been getting the code that my timing is over retarded had the timing fixed but it's still giving me that same code. I thought it was the Oil Control Valve because though it was bolted on it felt loose. So I got a new one to replace it but I'm baffled because they look different. Am I missing something or did I just get the wrong part. It's the one right above the alternator.

Sure did. The aluminum sleeve is stuck in there. Spent 2 hours trying to tackle it. Even off the valve cover and try to hammer it with a punch. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
