front tow hook problem

front tow hook problem
I bought a tow hook. when i pop off the cap on the front bumper... all i see it an endless hole in the bumper... nothing to thread this hook onto... am i missing something?? 08' tC

Maybe, then you will get a Response if someone can Identify the problem you are facing.

I'm sure it would help, at the time i didn't have camera handy... but since there's been no response, i've called the local dealership who sells toyota's... and they've given me the: "your car didn't come with tow pkg"
