Default Engine Swapped, Now its Seized?

So I just completed my engine swap in my 2006 tC, go to turn the key and it won't start. Put a wrench on the crank and the engine is completely seized, most definitely wasn't before it was put in.
Has anyone ever had this happen and can tell me what I did wrong? I feel like maybe the input shaft is somehow too tight into the engine and binding everything....
