Default Dislodged Shift Boot

Hey all,

I was cleaning my shifter and the bottom of the shift boot detached from its casing. Can someone tell me how it goes back on? Does it pop in? Do I twist it?
Thanks.

It just pops back on. The boot is attached to a ring. Easiest to attach from the rear towards the radio and then snap it in around to the front. It happened to me a few times when I had the stock boot. Can also unscrew the **** and the panel (goes together like legos).
