Default 2006 Scion xA, low rpm

So I've replaced IACV I've cleaned the throttle body, air filter isn't that old or dirty, yet sitting at a red light it will idle extremely low, like I'm talking almost at 0, won't shake or anything, won't stall, just chills at like 2 or 300 rpm, runs fine but if I'm going 25 or 30 and just take my foot of
the gas the rpm drops FAST, I'm thinking it may be an exhaust like or vacuum leak, or maybe my O2 sensors? Anyone with any advice I'd love to hear it, cause I'm at loss with this lol, like I said it runs and drives as good as I would expect a 4 cylinder, little sluggish from a complete stop,
but other than that it does everything I need it to do.

I'll have to check on the miles I'm at work right now but it's an automatic transmission, I change the oil every 5000 miles

What does the ATF (automatic transmission fluid) smell / taste like. Red and sweet is good. Brown and burned is bad.

Fluid wasn't burnt to much deff. Wasn't black , still had a red tint to it , changed fluid and filter anyway just to be sure, broke open old filter, had maybe 2 or 3 small metal shavings inside the filter, but from what I've seen that's normal, they wernt big either like the size of a newborns fingernail clippings or smaller, still idles low in drive at a full stop
