No more Scion tC 😥
My long time beloved Scion tC is now in the hands of her new owner. I had her for almost 13 years and she never let me down. I figured it was time to move on to bigger and better things. It was fun being present during the early years of Scion. I'll stick around the forums and come back from time to time to help out other owners based on my experiences with this car.
Got her when she had 42 miles in 2006 and let her go with 104,500 miles in 2019. I didn't drive much due to my line of work but it's all good. Funny thing is I already miss her and that car and this community has taught me a lot about cars in general. Thanks everyone for the years of support.
Now, I drive this beauty. I've always wanted one and can't believe I got her and in this color too.

Yeah it was really enjoyable and interesting when car modding IMO was at it's peak. Good times though. Even better to know is that the new owner is a buddy of mine who also owns an IS-F. It'll be his daily driver.

Thanks man. I tried to keep her looking fresh and clean when I owned her. I wanted to stand out but keep it subtle you know? Very hard to come by these days. I'm loving the IS-F. Nice jump in power but gas mileage sucks of course. Lol

Nice upgrade!!, jeez i just came back here just for nostalgic feels. But one thing someone hit the nail on the head was that this was the place that got my mod addiction started.

Congrats on the new purchase! I know the feeling! I had mine for 13 years when I finally let it go. I learned so much on my tC, going full N/A in the beginning, all the way to Dezod Turbo with e351 and Quaife differential when all was said and done. 123k miles and still going strong when sold.
I also made a very similar upgrade too! The tC was such good value, and allowed me to save a ton of money during ownership.
