Default So I'm a little ____ed!!!!

I was rolling around town yesterday picking up a few items for my wife's birthday so I could cook her a nice dinner at home...and I'm rolling through this parking lot and I start to turn to go down an isle when this dude turns right in front of me down the same isle and I have to swerve to miss him (in a parking lot no less) and I get to check the curb (curb works fine)...I try follow him only to have to hit my brakes cuz a mini van backs out of a parking space (agian right in front of me)...I look around and see the little bastard jetting off and turning out of the parking lot never to be seen again...so I get out and to check my wheel to find a nice size scrape out of both my wheel and tire now my once prestine set of wheels is no longer...they weren't the best rims around but damn it they were clean and had no scrapes or check or nothin and now because of some kid in a hurry, I have to replace or get repaired something I worked long and hard for simply because he was impatient...I'm am not a happy person right about now

Edit: Added some pics

You should hunt him down. I'm buying this pretty soon, you should get one too.

I was going after him but that mini van cut me off...and with all my sound deadeding and system in my car I had no chance of catching him...I wouldn't mind having one of those but they generally don't let felons have them

I have fixed worst damage then that. Just tape off around the damage as close as you can. Sand the area carefully with some 320 grit sand paper till you get all the curb lines out of it. Then use some 600 grit to smooth it out. Then go to an automotive parts store and get some clear touch up paint with a brush. If you take your time it will come out good.

Would have been worse to have had him hit you. A scuffed rim is minor. In fact if you had caught up to him what could you have done. There was no accident you just hit a curb. The law would likely not have been able to do anything and you would still have a bruised rim.....or worse a bullet in you and a bruised rim.

true on all accounts...the intense yelling and name calling I had planned for him prolly would have just escalated into something much worse...but I was ____ed...I'm calmer now but it's frustrating when you work hard to keep your rims nice...That's one of the things I hate most is a scratched up rim...I guess I was more upset about his completely lack of respect for a fellow human being (I see alot of that these days...especially when driving)
