Default GOOD NEWS / BAD NEWS

well the good news is i just got my tein s-tech springs in the mail today. i got them off ebay for $163 including shipping. brand new in factory sealed box.

the bad news is i wanted to do shocks and struts at the same time that i did the springs. i went to my local parts stores (more then one) to order a set of monroe sensatracs for the front and rear only to be told they were on back order with no clue whan i could get them. on top of that, i was told that noone elts makes shocks and struts for the xB yet.

can anyone give me some ideas on what i could do. i know about useing the front struts from a toyota echo and getting en extra 1/2 inch drop in the front, but 1.7 with the s-tech is as low as i can go and still get in and out of my driveway
i dont mind getting a different brand of shocks and struts, i just want to make shure im not sacrificing quality.

Which part number are you trying to get. There is one recommended for dropped cars and one for non dropped---plus they were actually starting to make one for the xB.

yeah if they only offer those shocks/struts for the xB try echo stuff it works and gives you an additional .5 inch drop up front.
