My connection at Boston Dyno (Tony Jr.) over in Malden is offering a special just for MA area Scions. I spoke with him this morning and he said that if I could get a few people interested in dyno-ing the cars, he'd give a special discounted dyno run rate AND he'd order us pizza to make it into a small meet/fun event haha. If anyone is interested let me know, I won't post details about pricing here, its a good rate (normal dyno rates are $150 and upward) so if you're interested let me know, it needs to be done soon!

I'm interested, even though I have no power mods.

 

i'd do a run just to see how much i'm putting down, but no tuning required because it's just basic mods. i'm betting that's what most of us would want.

Considering I put the car up on the lift yesterday and added a few more horses, I'm very interested!!

 

good stuff guys. i might as well post it here since i got some interest.... boston dyno will charge $50 for a dyno run if we get about 4-5 cars interested. (thats $50 per car, which is a GREAT deal considering how expensive it normally costs to do a dyno run). he will order pizza for whoever goes too haha.... so we could make it into a little meet if yall are interested. good way to see the performance side of our cars. ill have to coordinate a date for it but its good to see some interest

 

The only thing I want to throw out there is I have a screwed up schedule. If I can make it, I'm there. If not...

im going to set up a day and time today when i go over to boston dyno to talk to tony anyway.... itll have to be a saturday so ill come up with a few different days with him and ill post them up and whichever day works best for everyone will be the day. ill post more info tonight

 

so is this a tuner shop they ever tune a emanage or any turbo scions

 

its not a tuner shop, i mean they do installs theyll install turbo or s/c for anyone and they have a dyno... one of the very few places in the new england area with a dyno. its purely a garage that does installs, its not a shop at all, although he could probably get deals on certain parts through people that he knows

 

he said he is open to any saturday this summer except for any holiday weekends. so its up to us to come up with a saturday that we can do it. he wants about 5 cars, no more than 10 (not a very large area, itd get crowded)
