Hey I saw that at the dealership. I bought the blue one what was outside... 4spd auto. I've had her a week!

Got a Bazooka tube on the way, hope to figure out what color the rear speaker wires are. I have the stock head unit, I think you have the Premium with pre-amps outputs, a luxury I'm jealous of.

I actually got the spoiler put on because of how your looks.

Don't they all have preamp outs now, including the stock radio? I think I remember seeing that in the xB mk2 press release.

... and I found the press release part covering preouts: "Since many Scion customers add in-car entertainment systems to their vehicle, the xB now comes standard with rear head unit outputs, allowing for additional external amps to boost power to the front and rear speakers, and subwoofers."

No sir, no pre-amps on mine.... unless their just wires with no RCA plug.

There are several plus. here are my assumptions:
1 is a normal wiring harness (power, speakers, acc, etc.)
1 is for the steering wheel controls
1 is for the ipod and aux inputs
1 (not used on my vehicle) is for xm/sirus

BTW I've NEVER seen a vehicle that is easier to take a head unit out of. Pop off the oval vent piece. Pop off the bottom trim piece, 4 screws and you're out.
