I Did this with the Dupli color Hot Tires. What do you guys think?

haha i got my box used, so the wheels were on it already. they were pretty beat from the previous owner's curb-rashing, and i've contributed more this past year since i go to school in pittsburgh. so right now my wheels have curb rashing and scrapes everywhere.

anyway, the paint idea is cool, not what i would personally do, but cool. oh and don't know about you, but the wheel stickers annoyed me, so i took them off. might make your wheels less "busy" since you have the red lettering now.

 

Yeah, I plan on taking them off. I just haven't got around to it yet. They will eventually fall off anyway. Scion just replaced all four wheels under warranty due to the sticker issue. Now they just replace the stickers, I guess it started to cost to much.

i tried that with the factory goodyears. make sure the tire is dry and clean. they last a LONG time!

i want to do my Falkens with white and red. anyone ever do that yet?

Thanks for the comments. It says that I can not wash the tires for 5 days after which sucks. I guess that it so that it can cure enough. It was a total pain in the @ss to do I ended up redoing the first one like 4 times. The pen doesn't flow like a regular paint marker. So I had to pool it on a 3x5 card then dip the tip of the pen in and paint it on.

 

It was well worth the trouble. Looks awsome!
