What is the differance between a 1 piece solid and the 3 piece with bolts?

True, i went with the 3 piece though, for the simple fact that you can easily remove just the bar itself (to access engine) without removing the mounting plates makes it worth it. the rear strut bolts can be a bit of a beatch to get off and on.

I think the theory behind the 3 peice set up is that you can ajust the preload on the bar. Good for race cars but not much use for the roads.

xB strut bars are mostly for looks anyway.
