Default AIR SUSPENSION & 002 or 501

Hey SL peeps,
I was just wondering if:
I could drop my car low w/ the air suspension if I had either the Sportmax 002 or the 501s (15x with stretched 185/50/15? or will the tire or rim stop my box from going any lower?

Please help...I can't sleep at night cause of this, LOL

I'm tired of the ride of my 18's.....

The tire would stop it in the front but if you have a good stretch the back shouldnt have a problem, you would have to roll your fenders.

You could get fender flares and cut your fender like i did and not have a problem at all.

002's no way! the 501's would work in the rear but i think the fronts you'll deff' have problems with. who makes a 185/50/15 tire?

you would preobably have a problem with both wheels considering
the wheels stick out more in the front thn in the back. if you get
002's you should go staggered then you should be fine.

just to add:

the wheels in the back should automatically camber themselves
due to the low stance of the vehicle, so dont worry about it hitting
just the front

The camber will not change when dropping the rear on air or coilovers due to the design of the suspension in the rear.

*J1slim, my bad I meant 195/50/15
*Sizzlinscion, do you have any regrets switching from 18s to 15s?

Anyone got any pics?

Thanks all for the help...More would be helpful...

No regrets here. Since i live in Colorado and after winter we have some nasty pot holes. I feel safer with a bigger side wall and the ride is a lot better.

i have air suspension on mine and was wondering the same thing. My buddy put some 501s on his box and i really liked the way it turned out. Just got to find a way to get them to fit now.

I finally got the 501s...I like how my old 18's better....But the ride on the 15s are nice...The front does not dump all the way down...The back dumps all the way but it starts to rub the tire....
