the ride is crap straight up. Until I replaced the shocks and struts with shorter ones.
the only other prob that you will have depending how much you cut it you will need to weld the springs in place b/c they do not sit like they used to, and they will move around.

after the new shocks and struts, I am about 5 1/2 inches lower then stock.

the ride may not be as bad depending on how much you cut.

hope this helps.

i rub now with s. techs. it is not that bad, but it maight bother some people. if i was runnin' around 205 i might not rub as bad, and definitely if it was 40's not 45's. also, you can get a nice pair of springs whether it be teins or eibachs for a decent price and it will save you a major headache instead of cutting your stock springs. i don't advise cutting them because of the loss of ride comfort and all the work it takes to make it work the right way. my springs were 150 shipped and that is the cheapest price i have ever paid to lower a car. only my opinion.
