Default help needed on H&R lowering springs installation

Hi all,
I got my springs ... finally after one month of hard patience.. direct from Germany.

A little issue occured ... the springs are longer than the stock ones, but a little softer.

Question: Are the dead coils on top or down when fitted ?

The H&R marking (marking on the spring) if placed correctly so that it's readable, makes the dead cils on top as shown in pics.

most people put the dead ones on top. When I had DF210s, I put it on the bottom because the writing is right side up. It shouldn't matter either way if you think about it.

Thanks for the tip.

I haven't installed the front ones yet ... more complicated. I will surely do the job this coming week end.

The ride is surprisingly smoother at the back. I can feel the rigidity though on turns. It's a little awkward driving with this setting, Sport springs at the back and stock ones in front. Need to handlr the car more. Anyway, just one more week to wait. Then the baby will be dropped!

Will keep you guys informed and will surely post more pics.

Keep rolling.
