Can this curb rash be fixed?

I was wonding if anyone thought this wheel could be fixed?

Hells yea dood.
Get you a few packages of JB Weld.
Some gunmeatal paint.Thats all you need.
I think you might have a hard time balancing it though.
Might come out heavier on one side.

Yes it is an rx8 wheel, just not mine. Someone gave me the pic but, they hit a curb at 90+. Some how think that rim is the least the of their problems.
