there's one thing for sure, if I get these, I'm going to spend a lot more time making sure the fittment is game-over. I'm thinking 8"+18 in the front, and 9" +22 in the back, but i'm not so sure about the back...

Yes, my wheels have lug nuts. Most do. I didn't say they looked exactly like my Garsons, just a lot like them.
