PLEASE HELP!!!!!
what?!?!?!?!?
remove the lug nuts,
remove the tire,
remove the caliper bolts,
remove the caliper,
the rotor falls off on it own...
that nut you're describing is the spindle nut, keeps the bearing in place.
if you really f'ed it up that bad, you should have a pro take a look at it and make sure it is still safe!

yes it's replaceable.
you need to make sure the bearing behind it is still intact (packed with grease).
put on a new nut, and tighten (not too tight or the wheel wil not rotate)
oh, the nut might be a left-hand thread (meaning if you thought you were loosening it you were really tighting it)
if you have this nut off, DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR.
if the nut is still there, have someone check it out when your done.
if the nut is too tight you will ruin the bearing, and the wheel will not spin easy.(it will pull to a side)
