Default Dealer Review: Premier Scion, OHIO *double thumbs up*

(not sure if this is the right place for a dealer review, please move if needed)

So it's been a little over a week since I bought my car...

It now has 2300 miles on it ;) And I can't say a single thing wasn't up to par from the prespective of my dealership experience.

I talked to Dave Flathers about amonth ago with mention of a desire to trade in my tC for an xD, Dave was super helpful, talking me through options, making note of all the things I was looking for in the car and not looking for.

He tried to upsell me on some itmes, but not just for the sake of upselling, but more with some advisement on why these items would "make me happier" and giving me background around them.. not just spewing out names, numbers and info without giving me a chance to digest it.

Unlike in the past with other scion dealerships that i have visited (both locally in columbus) I did not feel like I was educating the dealer about the scion brand, it was refreshing to get answers to questions, or if nothing else a guarantee that an answer would be found for me (turn around was QUICK on things that needed to be looked up).

After determining logistics of trade in, and what type of car I was looking for Dave did a great job oflocating that car (with no miles on it) and getting it to his dealership, the whole time giving me updates on status so I wasn't left hanging.

After the car reached the dealership my modifactions were installed and the car was ready for me, all this without my having to correct "mistakes" by the dealer or correct their assumptions, all was handedled exactly as I asked for it to be, with no shadyness.

I drove up from Columbus to pick up the vehicle, paperwork was ready to go (even though i was late), and the finance dept Deb Berta took time and care to explain everything I needed to know, even though it was late on a saturday and she likley would rather have been heading home she didn't rush me as I asked questions and provided great answers back to me.

After the paper work was taken care of I got to check out the car, and it was pristine, it had been cleaned and all the installation of items I had purchased was expertly taken care of, the parts (stock) were placed back in my car without my even having to ask for them.

Overall the buying process was very smooth, everything I asked for I got, anything i didn't want wasn't forced upon me. I am aware that I had a pre exsisting repore with Dave but I have no doubt that even if I had been a random customer that walked into the dealership he would have done just as great of a job if not better to make sure I got what i needed!

Thanks Dave & Premier, I look forward to doing business with you again in the future since you were willing to take such good care of me!
