Default help me out boston

ok i got a citation today for my speakers being too loud, the description was harsh and objectionable noise, the fee is 50 dollars. The officer says i will be charged on my insurance if i pay it, is he wrong. help me out

SPEAKERS BEING TOO LOUD! thats ****... and i dont see how that would affect ur insurance. Maybe give ur insurance company i call

appeal it and jus tell them you took 'tuned it down'...

its not a moving violation so it shouldnt affect insurance.

What beantown said. Not a moving violation, won't effect your insurance.

Where were you that got this ticket? I know some towns have ridiculous laws against music being too loud.

how did he know you were to loud/did he have you with a decibal meter?if not hes just using his judgement fight the ticket, if there was no decibal meter in his hand at the time he has no justice, just a cop having a bad day and he took it out on you
