Default Tanabe DF210 on stock strut shock

hi, i have a echo, can i run df210 with oem shock and strut?
thank for infomation

yes you can. eventually your shock will be blown, but you can do it. I've had my xA on lowering springs for a year and a half, and i think 6 of those months were on the df210's. overall i've gone lowered for 48,000 miles on the stock struts and they're still good. soon i'll be looking for new struts and shocks or coilovers.

If you go with Eibach Pro Kit, you can use your stock KYB's, and you'll sacrifice little life-span out of your stock struts(maybe 10-15% lifespan ... not too bad) , considering you go about 1.5" lower, on a quality progressive spring.

You will sacrafice the longevity of the shocks, but you can do it. I would say that the majority of people running springs are running them on stock shocks, without any problems.
