how much do the stock steel rims weigh? anyone kno?

 

im pretty sure its 18 pounds. at least thats the number thats etched into my brian under "stock wheel weight"

 

omg. thanks a LOT for the reply! im still curious to know where yu got that info thou. im going to assume yu are right. now, im a little skeptical about buying rims. i will buy some no doubt. steel rims with hubcaps just don't do it for me. but, most aftermarket rims weight well over 18 pounds.. i don't kno if i want to bolt ON weight.

 

If you're thinking about getting black rims, just pull your hubcaps off and save your moeney, it looks the same anyway
