Default Ordering from Victoria Tire & Wheel

Just wondering if anyone has purchased wheels/tires from www.victoriatire.com? Looks like they have great prices and a good selection, but I was wondering about how they are to do buisness with and if their recommendations for the cars (particularly the xB) are accurate. Thanks.

I'm looking to purchase some wheel + tires from them as well and would appreciate anyone's feedback on them as well!

After doing some more research, one thing I found to be careful of is ordering the tire packages offered on Victoria's website:

according to Tire Rack, whose expertise I trust, 205/40/17 tires don't have the proper load carrying specifications and could be dangerous. These are the tires offered with the packages for the xA/xB at Victoria....upgrading to the proper size for a lowered xB (215/40/17) will cost about $100 more, plus since its not a package deal anymore you'll have to pay shipping in addition to the handling fee. Just FYI...

...I know people here run the 205/40/17 and have said they have no problems...I just know how much highway driving I do, and I'd hate to have a blowout in rush hour traffic.

I can tell you that my order from them was not that good.

1. I called to order the wheels(18" Racing Hart C5 in Gunmetal), was told they were in stock and would be here in about 1 week. Price = $1675 delivered. Was told to call back and get the UPS Tracking #. He made it a point to tell me that they were not like other companies that tell you they have it in stock, but it turns out it is on backorder and you have to wait forever.

2. Credit card was charged $1800.

3. Called to complain, Credit card Credited $125.

4. Called on day 3. Asked for tracking # was told " I saw them go out but can't find the tracking #...call me tomorrow for it. They whoudl be there in a few days." No big deal, i was going out of town for a couple days anyway.

5. Went out of town for a few days. Called when I got back since the wheels did not come in. Talked to my sales guy and asked about them. Put on hold for 5 minutes. Different voices gets on the phone tells me that my wheels were sold to a local retailer and those wheels were now on back order for 4-6 weeks. He said, "We can credit your card back if you like", I say, "I don't care about the money, I want the wheels"

6. Ended up changing to the 19" Silver Racing Hart C5 wheels. They did offer me a discounted price because of the hassle.

I did go ahead and buy from them, but I was not happy about the transaction. They did try to make it right though.

Just make sure to get all of the information including tracking #'s to verify that they are coming. Good Luck!

I ordered my wheels, tires, and everything else from them back in the beginning of the year.

BSA 259's 17x7.5 with NanKang 215/45R17 all season tires. Mounted, balanced ( tape weights ), chrome valves and caps. Lug nuts and special socket, shipping and handling cross country.... $776. Best price i found, and i love the look. I would buy from them again. Pics listed in my sig.
