o the sexiness of tein ss+p's
well i installed my ss's on sunday, so sick! i love em, but they were used and didnt come with wrenches or instructions, so if anyone can help me with tuning the dampning, or telling my which way is hard soft, im pretty sure counterclockwise is soft and clockwise hard, but not positive. and why do the adjustersclick 28 time? i counted lol, arent they only 16 way adjustable? anyway, pics, enjoy peeps!
i don't know about the adjustments for the SS-P's but i think if you turn it clockwise it should make it harder, i have the SS-P's
with the EDFC. i hope that helps if not just try and test em by turning the fronts stiff and the back as well then you'll feel the difference.

thanks for the adjustment help. i cant really drop it more and still be practical, i live down a dirt road, and the drive way into my work is steep enough that i already scrape when going at a complete angle, so i cant lower more ya know, i was thinkin bout spacin it already. ya man, i asked for the rear quarter alpha sticker, just havent recieved it, or the smartwax sticker. i think it looks sick enough, i had stock springs before and a solid 2 inches of wheel gap atleast, now its like half an 3/4 an inch from top o tire to fender.
you may have messed up your coilovers if you really felt 28 clicks.
in the manual, which you dont have, it says do not turn it more than the 16 clicks, if you over dampen the coilover it can damage it or something like that.
the coilovers come at full stiff from the factory, however since you got them used i have no clue how you would know what they are set at.
on mine, i know because 16 was full stiff, and i have turned it down twice. so i am at 14

ichigo is airbrushed i did it myself. i hope i didnt mess them up, i slowly turned and counted the clicks while they were off the car on all four shocks, so it prob didnt mess them up, cuz after it hits 271/2 or 28 it wont go anymore i dont force, but they seem to be ok, i have 1 up from softest on back, and softest on front, itd help if i had someone who knew how to tune em in the car wit me, but im shootin from the hip here. o how can i order the edfc, and spare wrenches for it?
thanks i figured butwanted to make sure, glad people like it i think it loks sick, gunna get some keoki spacers pretty soon here, but christmas isclose so i cant be greedy and ill have to wait till afterwards lol, and besides my turbo kit and all the components for it are coming first, kinda talkin to myself lmao
