front sway bar
that little 4-point H-brace make a whole lotta difference!!! My car leans in the turns and I'm still at stock height. Can't wait to feel more turning power when I lower this trick on some wider wheels.
Front tower strut, YES
Front sway bar, No.... The stock bar is thick and needs only to be beffed up at the end links. Stock end lings are wimpy and can be replaced with ENERGY SUSPRESSION Bushings that are polyurithane.
See the DO-IT_Yourself instructions with photos.

Some have said that this is the best $20 mod that they have done. It tightens up the front end.
Rear sway bar, YES
Rear tower bar, NO.... unless you want a ploe accross your trunk area.

Thr rear "tower" bar is for looks. The rear doesn't have struts so it is not needed. Get the rear sway bar. Either Progress or TRD are the same except for color.
The combo of front bar endlinks and rear bar will transform the xB into a go cart.
