Nope. The xA setup is essentially the same as the xB setup. With it fully deflated you will be close to the ground but not on the ground. When I fully air out my xB (easy street front and rear installed per the manual) the closest point to the ground with a stock lip is 1 1/2 inchs or so. The underbody (frame really doesnt apply here) is mostly 3 or more inches off the ground. Further modification to the car and suspension is necessary to lay the underbody on the ground. A guy in our club "Bagnasty"has an xA that lays underbody. He did extensive modifications to attain this attitude. Check out his profile https://www.scionlife.com/profile/BagNasty .

If the strut mounting was moved up in the car a couple inches and the sway bar removed you might get there. That would involve cutting out the strut towers and welding them back in higher up in the car. A taller front front bumper assembly can give the appearance of being lower. The lip on my xB just barely touches the ground when I am aired out. It is about 1.75 inches taller than the stock lip, so it starts out 1.75 inches closer to the ground.
