I've been trying to find some nice replacement tail lights for my 2007 tC (Flint Mica). After purchasing some Spyder lights from k2motors (which they assured me would fit the '07 model) and had to return them as the connector is different. I'm now having trouble finding anyone who is selling tail lights that fit the 2007 model.

I'm only replacing the light because some idiot smashed one of mine while it was parked in my office parking lot.

Anyone replace the lights on their 2007 tC without a problem?

check PPC. someone is usually selling stock tails or even anzo tails, which i think look hell of alot nicer than the spyder ones

hey, i've got those and i love em! not sure why you had a problem with fitment. anyway, if you want stock tails i've got a set $70 shipped

 

i really want those smoked ones. im worried about them not fitting now though. =/

 

i have the black ones. i dont know what the problem with fitment would be. you use the same wiring harness and bulbs as your stock. it's plug and play. HOWEVER, there is a thread on here somewhere (just search) that shows you how to fix the led harness. they have two of the prongs switched and it blows your fuse till you fix it. it's not hard at all, no cutting wires or anything

 

The connectors were completely different, apparently the connector changed on the '07 model

yea... it didnt. those taillights just suck

 

the two connectors that are attached to the taillights replace the brake light bulbs. the other two bulbs stay the same. try em again...they'll fit

yea the connecter wiring needs to be fixed and also they flipped the position of the reverse light and turn signal

 

I have those exact taillights and they fit perfect on my 07

 

so you get the plugs set and tails installed?
