which is better? the helper spring type or no?
oh and does anyone know the drop with these bad boys? i cant find the specs anywhere.
i want a true coilover set and these guys offer financing so im all up for it

You should save your money and buy the HKS ones. Far better suspension and has independent lower shock bracket. That means when you lower the ride it won't mess with the ride quality.

Howver if you were to get the Tanabe and are slamming your car it's best to get the one with helper springs to maintain spring preload under full extension of the suspension.
