Default Polishing/removing scratches from glass

So my foglights are fairly pitted and non-new looking after almost 50K miles, and I was wondering if there's a way to polish/sand/smooth them back to a much clearer state.

Havent tried it before. My unlucky **** caught two rocks, at two different times, right in the fogs, so both of mine have been replaced at one time or another I have Blue rockblocker overlays on them to help prevent it from happening again. Also makes them look less scratched up as well.

Haha yeah I'll be adding that to the new one for sure. I'd just like to clean up the other one too. Damn road debris.
