Yeah or from Cliff, at mobile-hid. WEll anyway since you already screwed up by buying an item off ebay. Since i always ebay myself, you just gotta give it more time, maybe 2 more weeks? also is he foreign? after that then you can file a dispute through paypal.

no offense, but i work in retail and its reeeeeallyyy annoying when ppl call and email 1 or more times everyday asking where there order is. You need to understand that you not the only person out there, maybe they are busy, i said give it 2 weeks. If it doesnt come by then, you should be concerned. I ordered shoes online and i didnt receive them for a month! Turns out they were shipped from Japan. You just gotta be patient man.

well either way the company should at LEAST respond to his emails/calls w.e. its not good business to not talk to your customers after tehy purchase something from you

true, some ppl are really busy though. Ive sent ebay sellers emails and went without response for at most a week, just when i gave up on getting a response, one popped into my inbox. patience is a virtue.

im not saying you should be passive at all. Im just saying dont be one of those d-bags that is calling and emailing several time a day...the day after they order. Wait a week or two, then let the email rip, start off slowly, if you get no response or a bunch or crappy excuses, really let em have it.

its a catch 22 on how much you get into people. Yeah I am in retail but also bought off of ebay. 4 days and expecting it to be delivered? may be jumping the gun a lil quick. Usually give it 7-10 business days before getting nervous about a purchase. By then if you have not heard from them or received your product then start with the emails/phone calls. At two weeks, get a lil bit more forceful... By the start of your third week, put in a report with paypal and all will be settled.

not several 2-3 timmes a day typically, i send 1 in the morning if they didnt reply to me over night, then one in the afternoon, typically noonish, then 1 around closing time.

and yes when it comes to my money i can be the biggest douche bag you will ever meet

I am not saying to ship it like immediately but it would be professional if the seller responded to my emails. Not responding is rude to the customer

Well your first mistake was buying 75 dollar HIDs from Ebay. Wait a little bit longer, and if it doesn't show, file a complaint with Ebay and see if you can get your money back. Then go buy from a reputable place like MobileHID.

Well there you have it from a fellow customer.
I always do research on retailers or ebay sellers before i buy from them, Didnt anyone say that shipping was slow on his feedback?

Most sellers on Ebay take about two weeks to get the product to your door. That is one of the biggest problems with ebay.Next problem is if item arrives DOA or dies soon after how do you get a new one........

I got mine from MobilHID.com and not only were they here in 3 days,He personally answered all my dumb questions....and yes I sent him some dumb ones.......and if they ever die I can call or email and they will send me another no questions asked.......the cost is a bit more, but I feel it is worth it..........Operatic on here is the other person who has quality product and service..........

I like to have a personal sale like that.......it is just better.........

2 weeks may not be considered slow for ebay... remember 7-10 is usual shipping. 2-3 days to get the processing done would equal 2 weeks right there.
