the turn signal on the mirror flows perfectly with the cf hood.. imho much better than a regular smoked vinyl...

if you are going to go badgeless then i say skip the logo. but it looks cool.

btw about the logos... i wanted to put the logo on it because if i go ith the badgeless trunk garnish then i will have no scion badge on the car...

what im going to do is im gonna get 2 overlay for every side ( left and right so thats 2-2) and im gonna have 1 set with logo.. im gonna cut out the logos and apply on the plain-black overlay..

Can't really comment on it until I see day pix. It looks almost too light from the pix provided.
If it is too light, could you possibly double up the materials?

i like it...no logo though...its cool how it lets light through when directionly in line the holes..and not as much from teh side.

UPDATE!!! ok.. i got the daylight pics... and as i told you before.. its not that dark.......

i cant use two layer.. it makes no sense to do that :D if i want to make it dark im gonna get bat's overlay ( the one which is not that dark but it is dark) and im gonna apply this on the top of the regular overlay. why is that good? because it looks funky when im using my lights....


-------------- before u say anything.. you need to know.. that piece of vinyl was WHITE!!!!! i made it black with a permanent marker pen! thats why u can see those white lines!!!!!!

option 2.... i could go with silver overlay ( color matching with the car...)

the overlay on the car is WHITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not silver! it will be silver if i like it.. what i could do is.. get a regular overlay to make that part dark and put on a silver overlay of mine...

what do u guys think?

 

i dont know about either one, im kinda feeling option 2 but only if it covered the whole light
