I'm in the market for a coilover setup for my 06 Xb which is currently on H&R springs. My first question is, can I get around 4.5 inches of drop out of coilovers and still retain a decent/somewhat stiff ride quality. I dont want it to be super harsh. I was looking at the Tein SS-P's. Do you all have any input or suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated. Feel free to post pictures of your setup. The lower the better, thank god for having smooth streets around my area.

Ptuning.com has the progress. I don't remember the price but it's reasonable.

 

I have the ksport coilovers which I am happy with. They provide a fairly stiff ride and can go pretty low in the front. My setup has the rear all the way down (about 3 inches), and the front 2-2 1/2.
One thing you have to consider is your tire setup and how the fender may interfere with it once the car is dropped. I wanted my front lower, but my tire rubs if I go any lower. It may be hard to get 4.5" drop without major modification to the fender. You may also want to look into camber bolts to try and tuck the tire into the fender.
