Default Pic request: 501's 16x8 on TRD or H Tech springs

I did a search but most people have either s techs or df210's on 501's. i already picked up some trd springs and was interested in the 501's in 16x8 with 205/50/16 tires. i was wondering if anybody has a similar setup with pics so i could see how they would look. hopefully the beefier tire could close up the wheel gap. Any pics close to this setup would help also, thanks!

Uhm... the TRD drop is really not that great. H.Tech is better...

But, the reason most 501 owners are on S.Tech or DF210 is because those wheels look best with a 2" drop.

You won't have any problem with the TRD drop... only problem is it won't look as good.

yeah the look is what i meant, i know for sure they're not gonna rub, haha. i just was wondering if the gap would be still noticeable with these wheels in 16's but it doesnt seem like anybody out there has that setup.

i have 195/50/16 its closer to stock highth than the 205 + the 195 isnt so close to the fender.
if i hade 205s id be rubben.
the pics i have posted is with nothing in the back and noone in the car, and when i mean nothing i mean everything in the back it out.
im not done with the set up, ive got Tein SS-P coilovers coming in tomarow and -3 camber some time this week i hope. i ordered the camber from keoki and he always seems to take a long time shipping stuff to me.

just got my 205 50 16 tires mounted on rota 16 rims
I have the trd springs now. I'm just waiting for this supposidly rainy weekend to pass so I can install my monroe shocks trd springs, wheels and trd rear sway bar

I'll let you know how it goes and looks

I know the trd dont drop much, but I wanted to keep that reliabilty plus keep the monroes in their best operating zone, not to mention dips driveways and bumps

^^awesome. let me know how it goes. personally i think the trd drop is slightly more than an inch. i think it cleans up the look alot more than people think. you're gonna have a nice day/weekend with that install you got there, lol.

thanks agent.

Im here in socal too so you know the weather report.

I'm als hoping that the trd springs plust the fact that the monroe struts off the echo drop an extra .5 inshes will give it a decent drop without scraping everywhere

it would drop the front a bit more without scraping everywhere. right now, my rears are settled it looks like, but the front isn't quite settled yet. so the rear looks a tad lower than the front. you probably wont have that problem with the echo struts then your front will probably drop lower than the rears after it settles.
