Default will these fit?

Sportmax 502
15" x 7" 38mm 73.1mm 10x100/114.3
Will these wheels fit a 2006 XB without any modification? any help would be appreciated.

That should fit fine, although 10mm or 20mm rear spacer shims may help with the high offset. Then the wheels would fit flush with your fender.

I think you mean the Sportmax 501. The Sportmax 502's start at 17". If the 501 is what you are asing about, you need 15x7 ET 38mm 8x100/114.3 . Spacer will be needed to make them flush with the fender or you can go with 15x8 ET 15mm 8x100/114.3. You may rub depending on what aftermarket suspension you have on.
